Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Registration and Payment: To register please send an email info@PracticeMindulnessNW.com and I will send you a short registration form to complete, you can also find the form on the website. Full payment of $850 is due at the time of reservation if registered by December 31, 2024. Register after January 1, 2025 full payment of $950 is due at the time of reservation. Accept Apple Pay and check. Able to process PayPal and Venmo with a transaction fee.

If you would like to speak by phone about the retreat please send an email, available times and phone number and I would be happy to call you back. I work a full-time job Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.

Cancellation:

Partial refund, except $250 administrative fee if cancel by December 31, 2024.

A partial refund, less 50% if cancel by February 28, 2025.

There are no refunds after March 4, 2025 unless we have someone on the cancellation list or if you can find someone to replace your spot.

Check In:

Check-in is at Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island on Friday from 2-3:30pm. Please arrive by 3:30pm, and the introduction of Aldermarsh at 4pm.
